This requires an integrated approach in which financial stability and sound governance go hand in hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is clear that the challenges arising from accumulated deficits and rising debt over the past decade must be addressed. The municipality\u2019s debt burden has significantly limited its ability to maintain and develop infrastructure. We will ensure balanced operations by strengthening revenue sources and improving efficiency without reducing essential services.
